Over the years we have designed and installed many home foundations using piles and heavy timber beams that can literally last for centuries because they have several nice unique structural abilities that make them useful in flood-prone areas. This design, if properly engineered will not crack (like a concrete one) or move, and has the added effect of raising the home keeping it safe from rising floodwaters and adding to its view of the surrounding environment, which is a nice added benefit.
Some of our timber and piling foundations have large three-story homes built on them with the lakes and creeks running beside and around their base. We are the preferred contractor to so many private and public subdivision and planned community developers and for several Houston area architectural & engineering firms due to the quality of our work.

Frank Family Deck & Home Re-Leveling
The new deck will have open railings so the view is unimpeded. It will feature galvanized 1/4" welded-wire hog panel with 4x6 posts and 2x8 top rails so you can rest a beverage on then during family lake visits. The new lakeview deck is also much larger and more open than the old.
