About This Project

Because the original boathouse project was well over 1,500 sq. ft. we had to go to the USACE for permitting on this small but unique boathouse addition. The swim deck upon completion will add a 12′ x 12′ cantilevered swim deck.

The entire swim deck is specially cantilever designed using 3″ x 12″ rough-hewn timbers bolted to the original pilings with 3/4″ bolts throughout.

Also added was a huge Shoretech Super Swing, a 30′ 6×6 swing arm that is engineered into the structure – that gives the family a really fun bit of extreme recreational design. Nobody builds a swing like Shoretech Marine~!

The project will be completed tomorrow after three days construction.
