This is a very tight difficult project that has many obstacles in it's pathway. Not every contractor could even handle something like this... in fact others turned it down. To that we say... stay home little boys... we'll take it from here!
The new deck will have open railings so the view is unimpeded. It will feature galvanized 1/4" welded-wire hog panel with 4x6 posts and 2x8 top rails so you can rest a beverage on then during family lake visits. The new lakeview deck is also much larger and more open than the old.
Our newest project is our most exciting one in years~!!! Originally posted as a 57,500 square feet project - and even though that would have immediately been the largest marina on Lake Livingston - by a considerable amount - it just got a WHOLE LOT LARGER.

On a beautiful 18 acre private lake near Huntsville, Texas - We built this cute little single-family recreational pier.
Completed in September 2016 the pier features a nice little sundeck, with a partial angled-metal roof cover, and a side platform for boat and kayak launching & storage.
