Recent Shoretech Marine Docks & Piers

It’s easy to see when you look at Shoretech Marine Construction & Design’s portfolio of piers and docks, that none of our projects are alike. They all have similar attributes that set them apart from our competitors’ designs, but each dock or pier project is custom-designed by our team for its precise location.

We believe that our various covered docks and recreational piers are some of the most beautiful anywhere. Because we do not use anything smaller than a full-dimension rough-hewn timber piling on our projects, our docks and piers will last for 25-30 years, at least, on Texas’ large reservoirs, and up to 50 years on private lakes and ponds.

Dahm’s 260′ Bulkhead & Swim Pier

Up on Houston County Lake Northwest of Crockett, Texas is another bulkhead project that occured so quickly that we weren't really expecting it. So as soon as we completed the 200 ft. Petty bulkhead - we simply moved 5 houses down to the end of the subdivision and started doing the old boathouse demolition.

Woodlands Water Taxi Marina

We started this project out by driving schedule 80 hot-dip galvanized steel pipe pilings - capped by a schedule 120 pipe cap, welded out and on the upper end was welded a 1" thick plate - for the hammer to drive on.

The water is from 6 to 18 feet deep.

Fine Family Pier

On a beautiful 18 acre private lake near Huntsville, Texas - We built this cute little single-family recreational pier.

Completed in September 2016 the pier features a nice little sundeck, with a partial angled-metal roof cover, and a side platform for boat and kayak launching & storage.

Dave’s Small Pond Pier

Even a small pond can have a nice little pier installed into it.

This one is at our home! It has seen quite a few family dinners, reunions, birthday dinners, barbeques, and even a couple of New Year’s eve parties! I LOVE this little pier.
