Recent Subdivision & Private Property Development

We have been involved with ECO-FRIENDLY designs and installations for small, medium and large land improvement projects. In addition, we’ve been able to design and construct rainwater management and drainage systems for subdivisions and private reserve areas.

Deerwood Estates Shoreline Debris Barrier
This US Army Corps of Engineers project will protect thousands of feet of privately owned shoreline from the ever-increasing volume of large tree-trunks and other heavy debris coming down the re-channeled Trinity River in upper Lake Livingston.

Woodlands Water Taxi Marina
We started this project out by driving schedule 80 hot-dip galvanized steel pipe pilings - capped by a schedule 120 pipe cap, welded out and on the upper end was welded a 1" thick plate - for the hammer to drive on.
The water is from 6 to 18 feet deep.
Campground Marina
Our newest project is our most exciting one in years~!!! Originally posted as a 57,500 square feet project - and even though that would have immediately been the largest marina on Lake Livingston - by a considerable amount - it just got a WHOLE LOT LARGER.
