Subdivision & Private Property Development

Resorts, Marinas, Golf Courses, and More!

We also have experience in developing subdivisions and commercial property, including golf course developments. We have worked with several of the largest resort ownership & development companies on the planet and have a rich history of success with them. We have for years been able to provide ECO-FRIENDLY designs and installations for small, medium and large land improvement projects including rainwater management and drainage systems and utilities for subdivisions and private reserve areas — and do it in a proper manner.

Innovative and Eco-Friendly

Given a raw piece of land we can design and help to permit your project, and then build it using the most innovative and eco-friendly techniques to give it a future, yet always do it in an environmentally-friendly way, keeping ecologically sensitive areas close to their original beauty so as not to impact wildlife or pollute surrounding areas. We’ve done a lot of commercial projects directly for Texas Parks & Wildlife, the Texas State Park system, the US Army Corps of Engineers, the Trinity River Authority, Texas State Utilities Commission, and many large private corporations. We have even been known to build a few working lighthouses around this part of the state! Just ask and we will probably be able to design and build it for you~!

Recent Subdivision & Private Property Projects

Woodlands Water Taxi Marina

We started this project out by driving schedule 80 hot-dip galvanized steel pipe pilings - capped by a schedule 120 pipe cap, welded out and on the upper end was welded a 1" thick plate - for the hammer to drive on.

The water is from 6 to 18 feet deep.

Campground Marina

Our newest project is our most exciting one in years~!!! Originally posted as a 57,500 square feet project - and even though that would have immediately been the largest marina on Lake Livingston - by a considerable amount - it just got a WHOLE LOT LARGER.

Cove Marine Pavillion

A simple project that started out with a small U-Shaped timber bulkhead shoreline foundation onshore, now opens up to a new 20' x 30' metal roof recreational deck at the end of the point of the Cove Marina peninsula.
